As a small business and working from my home we do not accept returns. our product sales are FINAL!

This was decided as we are a small starting new business and we don’t have time to accommodate this, we still work other jobs, plus working from home we don’t feel sending our address out is a great idea. please feel free to ask any questions on live about products before purchasing.

purchasing means you are agreeing to this term.

All freebies are random per order amount and will change often.

PACKAGING-

One thing I cannot stand is waste, I really try in my daily life to reuse and recycle as much as I can! this said your parcels may be sent in boxes I’ve acquired through stock and random daily essentials i’ve had delivered, if this is a problem please don’t order. I do not use any boxes in bad condition.

I also encourage you to reuse the shipping box as best as you can or recycle as much as you can, any bubble wrap I use is reused from parcels, any other packaging I buy( tissue paper, shredded paper,) is all natural and recyclable. I also only purchase sugar cane mailers so please recycle where you can!

LIVE MIXES/MAKE YOUR OWN MIXS

We will hold your order for 2 days and if you still do not join the live, order will be packed and dispatched, please leave a note if you would like me to film a packing video if you cannot make the live. If you don’t intend to join the live please let me know and we can pack your order in original line. mixes please email sldiy@outlook.com with what you want if you cannot make the live or are not in the live at the time of purchase

if you order custom mix’s and don’t tell me what you want, we will hold for 4 days and then if I hear nothing from you I will make my own mix for you. please email!! sldiy@outlook.com

ITEMS AND CARE FOR ITEMS

You are responsible for all care of items once they arrive in your possession, no refunds will be given with wear & tare, items that are delicate you need to follow the care provided in the description of the item, any damage caused by yourself is your self doing.

if any items arrive damaged please send a email with proof, video/pictures when unpacking and refund or replacement will be sent out. <3

All orders are shipped tracked via royal mail, we will not ship any other way.
